Ridgewood Swim and Tennis Club Swim Team Sign-Ups Tomorrow!

We were thrilled to see the signs go up for the Ridgewood Swim and Tennis Club Swim Team Registration. They will be held tomorrow, Saturday, April 9th from 10-2 at the Ridgewood Club.
Ridgewood Swim and Tennis experienced a decrease in appearance and services over the winter months. But with new owners at the end of March, there have been many improvements. We have seen some improvements in the landscaping and some activity on the tennis courts, as well. There are rumors that cable will be restored to all of the televisions soon.
Ridgewood Swim and Tennis sits in the heart of the neighborhood of Ridgewood, located just north of Greensboro city limits in Guilford County, NC.

Here is the 2010 Greensboro Home Market Report for the Ridgewood neighborhood. In 2010, Ridgewood had a slow start but activity picked up as the year progressed. Of the 12 homes sold in 2010, 9 closed after June 1st. Not only did more homes sell, they sold more quickly after June 1st. Prior to May 30, the average days on market was 260 days. Homes sold after June 1 were on the market an average of 100 days.

Ridgewood in Greensboro, NC Hosts Annual Youth Triathlon

On Saturday, July 31, Ridgewood Swim and Tennis Club will host its annual Youth Triathlon beginning at 8 a.m.
Children as young as 5 years-old can participate in this fun event. Ridgewood is a scenic neighborhood, located just north of Greensboro city limits in Guilford County, NC. The course will stay within the neighborhood of Ridgewood and the distances of each leg of the event vary based on the age of the participants.
This event has been held in Ridgewood for several years and people throughout the neighborhood come out to cheer on the young participants. If your children are interested in trying something new, why not encourage them to try this triathlon? Registration for the Youth Triathlon is quick and easy online! We look forward to seeing you on the 31st!

Ridgewood Swim and Tennis Club is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Ridgewood, in the Northwest area of Guilford County. Although technically outside of the city limits, Ridgewood has a Greensboro mailing address. Ridgewood Swim and Tennis offers year around activities such as fitness classes, cardio and weight rooms and social functions. The tennis program is top-notch and the swim team has serious spunk!

Ridgewood Swim Team Registration Begins This Saturday

Attention all Ridgewood swim team hopefuls! Swim team sign up begins this Saturday, April 20 at the Ridgewood Swim and Tennis Club in the Ridgewood neighborhood, Greensboro, NC. Registration will take place from 10-2 on Saturday and 6-8 p.m. next Monday, April 12.
If you’ve never been a member of the Ridgewood Riptides, here are the basics. You must be 5 years or older and able to swim the length of the pool unassisted. There are developmental and competitive teams to accommodate different skill levels.

Ridgewood Swim and Tennis, located in the Ridgewood neighborhood in Greensboro, NC, is offering free guest passes if you pay your annual fees by February 28. Fees are normally due by April 1 so this is just a month early. The value of the 12 free guest passes is $60, so you may want to consider it if you are joining anyway!
Ridgewood is one of the premier neighborhoods in Greensboro and Guilford County. Two of the members of Team Leung call Ridgewood home. The Ridgewood Swim and Tennis Club offers year-around activities, including fitness classes, a cardio and workout rooms, and a clubhouse with a Pro Shop and beautiful lounge. Haiti Relief Efforts in Greensboro, NC

Like everyone around the globe, we have been deeply impacted by the devastation in Haiti. This Saturday, Team Leung will be sponsoring a local bake sale to aid the people of Haiti. The bake sale will be held from 10-12 in the Ridgewood neighborhood at Ridgewood Club on James Doak Parkway, Greensboro, NC.
If you are in the area, please stop by for a brownie, muffin or cup of hot chocolate. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross to the special Haiti Relief Fund.
