Heather Dodson is “Like Super Woman for Real Estate”

When we found out we’d be moving back home to Guilford County we were super excited. A job promotion took us away to Wilkes County and another would be bringing us home 5 years later! With the way the economy has been we had looked online at homes but hadn’t been serious in our search. Our house in Wilkes County was under contract the day it went on the market, much to our astonishment….we were not prepared.
Thanks to a referral from a friend we met Team Leung team member Heather Dodson. She was like Super 
Woman for real estate. She had us make a wish list of our perfect home. After dealing with an unwilling seller we found another home that hit the spot. Heather was wonderful during the process, kept in communication, and even stayed in touch with our Wilkes County realtor throughout the process to make sure all our needs were met.

Heather Dodson of Team Leung “Does More!”

Glenda and I had a remarkable experience with Team Leung and Heather Dodson. We were living in Texas and had a limited amount of time to look at seven homes we had selected on an internet site that Heather had linked us to. The day arrived and off we went. We looked at our first choice and we were disappointed so we knew it would be a long day. Heather kept us pointed in the right direction and after lunch at Elizabeth™s pizza in Oak Ridge we were refreshed and ready to continue. The next house was just what we wanted and we knew it when we saw it and walked in the door. From that point on, Heather patiently answered our questions (I ask a lot of questions) and I can still remember her call when she told us the seller had accepted our counter offer. She stayed with us through the closing as well to ensure we understood all the details.
But wait, she did more. Heather arranged for another Keller Williams agent in Texas to sell our home in Fort Worth. The agent she selected was able to sell our home to the fifth person that saw the house. In this market, the advice and negotiating savvy of that agent got the job done.
Could she do more? Yes she could. Heather connected us with Moving Advantage and we were able to obtain a moving service at a discounted rate.

Team Leung Helps First-Time Homebuyers

Team Leung member, Heather Dodson, is a great Realtor who exceeded our expectations. My husband and 
I started looked at homes for a year before finally buying the perfect home. It was our first home and we weren’t sure what we wanted. We just knew that it would “feel right” once we found it. Heather helped us find houses in our price range, took us on many private showings and even found open houses for us to go to on our own.
Once we finally found a home we loved, she put the ball in motion. Because of our hectic work schedules, Heather was sweet enough to meet with us at 10:00 p.m. one night so she could fully explain all of the paperwork. During negotiations, Heather was on our side, always offering her opinion. As first-time homebuyers, it was a little scary but, with Heather’s help, we are now the proud owners of a home.
I can’t express enough to first-time homebuyers…it is so comforting to have a Realtor on your side who understands the legal procedures and terms and who can explain them to you. I know my husband and I would have been stressed out to the point of giving up if it hadn’t been for Heather.
